UK Bestsellers: April 2012
It seems that the UK has decided not to let the US hog all the literotica, with E L James's Fifty Shades trilogy storming the charts and taking the top three spots. Clearly sex does sell. For the teen audience, The Hunger Games is still lingering around the top ten, having been given a fresh lease of life by the recent movie. Deadlocked is another US import to look out for - the Sookie Stackhouse series a real hit across the pond as, evidently, it is here. Researching the old interweb tells me that this is all tied up with the True Blood phenomenon. Sexy Vampires. On the TV. Not surprised I'm oblivious to this one.
