UK Bestsellers: January 2013
Ah, so the New Year's resolutions are in and, despite polls finding that the most popular resolution this year was to read more, it would appear that secretly we're all planning to lose weight and just not telling those lovely pollsters. Although, I imagine there's more chance of all these diet books being read than diets actually happening, so perhaps polls do work after all. And who'd want a hypnotic gastro band anyway? Sounds terrifying. What's more, why are we all worrying about this anyway? Listen up dieters, YOU'RE ALL LOVELY ANYWAY. There are far more important things in life than struggling to lose a few pounds; like being happy, healthy, and most importantly, cake! So come now, enough of this, let's all chuck the new year's resolutions out the window and try to enjoy ourselves instead - this goes for you too, iron-pumping, six-pack-chasing men. Now, go and read some more stimulating books so next month's top ten is decidedly more interesting to review. And be happy, it's 2013, we're all still alive, let's enjoy it while it lasts.
